How To Order

There are 3 ways to make a purchase with or order from MySolutions:



MySolutions Online Shop

Find the specific product you want to order thru our online store (www.www.mysolutions.com.ph/shop), select from the product categories on the side menu, click the item you would like to purchase, review the specs and features of the particular product model, click add to cart, then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’, fill-up the necessary fields, and then click ‘Place Order’ to send an order request. Once order is received, one of our representatives will call you for the order verification, upon confirmation of your order they shall process your order once initial payment is received, and he/she will notify you for the date of the delivery.

Note: some products have a ‘Request Quotation’ button instead of ‘Add To Cart’. After clicking the button you will be redirected to the Quote Request Page. Indicate the quantity of your order then enter your contact information on the Customer Information section then click ‘Proceed To Submit Your Quote’. One of our representatives will get in touch with you for updates regarding your request.

 

Quotation request via email:

You may email our Accounts Management Team at sales@mysolutions.ph, by providing necessary information such as your name, company name, contact number, detailed product requirements. One of our representatives will call you for the order verification, and he/she will send you a quotation proposal for your reference. Then, send back the quotation with your signed conforme. Upon receiving the signed quotation, our representative shall process your order once the initial payment is received and will notify you for the date of the delivery.

 

Quotation request via call:

You may call our Accounts Management Team hotlines (02) 8-3658488 / (02) 8-367-8188, you will be assisted by one of our representatives and shall ask you necessary information such as your name, company name, contact number, detailed product requirements. Our representative shall send you a quotation proposal based on your given product requirements, for your checking and reference. Send back the quotation with your signed conforme either via fax or email. Upon receiving the signed quotation, our representative shall process your order once downpayment is received and will notify you for the date of the delivery.
