How does the turnstile system works?
A turnstile is a form of gate which allows people to pass one person at a time. It can also be made so as to enforce one-way traffic of people, and in addition, it can restrict passage only to people who insert a coin, a ticket, a pass, or similar.
If the power is out, does it has safety features?
Yes. It will automatically turn down its barrier.
Does it support anti pass back, time zone, anti-tailgating?
As of now, we have anti-passback and time zone features on our turnstiles.
Does it support other brand of biometric reader?
It depends on their compatibility. We can ask for assistance from our R&D team to check.
Can your turnstile be integrated to a walkthrough metal detector?
As of now, we have not yet been able to integrate turnstiles with our walkthrough metal detectors.
What are the turnstile models suitable for PWD?
We recommend the Swing Barrier type for more convenient access.
What is the lifespan of turns of your turnstile device?
It depends on the client’s usage.
Can it be integrated with FDAS?
As of now, we do not have integration on FDAS but we can ask our R&D team to test upon your request.
What do we need to prepare for the installation?
Our engineering team shall be the one to prepare the needed materials and equipment for the installation.
What is the standard or advisable location where turnstiles should be installed?
We usually install turnstiles on entrances of buildings, schools, hospital, factories, and other establishments.
Are turnstiles needed to be screwed on the floor? Can it stand without screwing it?
We will be needing screw to fix the position of the turnstile.

We can access the ZK Web panel web via default IP Address 192.168.1.201 and change the IP Address.
